Itasca State Park is such a special place for Lauren and Ben, and where Ben proposed. I was craving a mini vacation myself, so once Lauren and Ben were on board- we decided to meet all the way up in Itasca for their fall engagement session.

Bonus: Seth and I took the opportunity to rent a cabin nearby and had a little mid-week mini vacation (the only kind most wedding photographers can plan, hah!) It was so wonderful strolling around the park with these two, and I know we’re going to have a blast taking photos on their wedding day as well (even if Fargo doesn’t have trees anywhere this cool)!
